Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum.

Speaking at the ceremony on behalf of all the recipients, Mr Farjam said “I would like to express our deepest gratitude for The Patrons of the Arts Awards.  In Dubai, we are blessed with a leader who himself has been an inspiring patron in developing this emirate into an exemplary metropolis.  Today represents yet another step forward in Dubai’s advancement, this time as a world-class cultural capital.”
