Experiencing the Aromatic Artistry of the East: ‘Rose’ by Lara Baladi at the ‘Parfums d’Orient’ Exhibition

The Farjam Foundation is proud to participate in the prestigious “Parfums d’Orient” exhibition at the Institut du Monde Arabe (IMA), set to take place from October 2023 through January 2024. We are delighted to contribute “Rose” by the distinguished artist Lara Baladi, a piece that significantly aligns with the exhibition’s theme and underscores our dedication to celebrating the rich cultural heritage of the East.

Exposition Parfums d’Orient, du 26 septembre 2023 au 17 mars 2024, Institut du monde arabe, Paris. Un parcours de plus de 1000 m2 mêlant œuvres anciennes et contemporaines, jalonné de dispositifs odorants spécialement créées par le parfumeur Christopher Sheldrake. Près de 200 œuvres, ainsi que les matières premières aux sources des parfums, racontent l’importance des fragrances, du Haut-Atlas aux rives de l’océan Indien, du monde arabe.
